Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

It takes about 24 hours to process your order. During this time, the order is created and sent to production.

2. Shipping rates and delivery times:

The personalized products designed in our studio are handmade and will be delivered within 10–12 business days after your order is confirmed. Items that are in stock will be shipped within 3–4 business days. Shipping costs and available shipping carriers will be displayed during the checkout process.

We currently ship to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, France, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, and Spain.

3. Refunds, returns and exchanges

Please refer to our Terms of Service for a detailed record of our return policies.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@persn.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
