Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not required.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
General Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Confirmation of receipt of your request is not an acceptance of the return. Your return will be confirmed or rejected separately. In case of rejection, you will be notified with the reasons.
Acceptance of Return
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior request will not be accepted. Returns sent directly to our company address without authorization will be returned to sender.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
Voluntary Return Policy
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal and the exclusions listed above, PERSN offers a voluntary return policy. This voluntary service does not affect or limit your statutory rights in any way.
If a purchased piece of jewelry does not meet your expectations after delivery, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please contact us via our contact form and include your order numgber along with a short note stating that you would like to make use of the voluntary return policy. Once your request has been received, we will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions.
Please note that the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. The return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If there are issues with the returned items, we may reject the refund or reduce the reimbursement accordingly.
If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@persn.com.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we received notification of your withdrawal. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in contracts:
- for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
