EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

All our products are completely unique and require a lot of manual work. The products cannot be resold to other customers. Exchanges and returns are not possible for our products.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The production of your jewelry takes place immediately after receipt of your order. Cancellation is generally possible within 24 hours after the order has been confirmed, but in this case a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged.

We will process the cancellation immediately after receiving your request. The refund will be made to the account you used to purchase your item. It can take up to 7 business days from the day your refund is approved.
