Wearing your jewelry the right way

Do not wear your jewellery when playing sport, sunbathing, cleaning, or in the sauna. This is because sweat and dishwater can permanently damage the surface.
Protect your jewellery from contact with cosmetics, deodorants and sun cream, and generally from steam, grease and oils. Only put your jewellery back on when all work or handling of cosmetics have been performed.
Anything else deposited on the jewellery such as sweat and the finest particle of dirt can be wiped off with a soft c loth. Of course, ideally after every time it is worn.

Cleaning gold correctly

Occasionally place your jewellery in a bath of mild soapy water and brush it without pressure using a soft toothbrush. Then rinse the soap and grease residues well away, using alcohol or white spirit.
Finally, dry your jewellery with a soft cloth.

Interesting facts about gold

Even gold has a weak point: For example, contact with chlorine or a strongly chlorinated cleaning agent may lead to discolouration. Dark discolouration of your jewellery can frequently be observed in summer. Strictly speaking, it is not the gold that is responsible for the discolouration, rather the substances in the gold alloy. The higher the proportion of gold (e.g. 750/- gold), the more sensitive the piece of jewellery to tarnishing – in comparison to alloys, which have a greater proportion of additional metals (e.g. 375/- gold).

Cleaning diamonds correctly

Due to their toughness, diamonds and most other transparent precious stones are easy to care for. Nevertheless, they draw grease and oil from cosmetic products and should therefore be regularly wiped with a soft damp cloth, and possibly cleaned under running water with a soft brush.
Particular attention is to be paid to removing dirt without residue from the lower bevels.

WHY DID I NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Following your order in the online shop, a confirmation email will be sent to you within an hour. If this is not the case, the following problems may have occurred:

  • An invalid email address was entered.
  • Look in the SPAM folder of your e-mail account. The e-mail may have accidentally been flagged as SPAM.
  • The successful completion of your order has failed. If the order does not appear in your user account under “My orders”, then repeat the order process.

If none of the above reasons apply, please wait 24 hours. You should receive another notification about your order within this period. If this does not happen please contact our customer service.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER LATER?

In order to deliver our products in a timely manner, we process and dispatch incoming orders immediately. Subsequent corrections are not possible.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

After your personalized jewelry has been ordered it is individually manufactured for you and will be shipped within 10-17 working days.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS?

Within Germany, Austria, Italy, Switzerland and the Netherlands we use  UPS to deliver your shipments.

HOW FAST WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders are continuously transferred to our dispatch center. The order is normally produced and given to UPS within 10-17 working days. You will receive a notification by email with the tracking link and the tracking number as soon as your order is ready to be shipped. We are currently not shipping on weekends.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS AND TO WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP?

We deliver within Germany, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. The shipping costs will be displayed as soon as you have entered your address. When Shipping to countries outside the European Union the recipient pays customs duties and taxes.

HOW CAN I PAY?

You can pay with PayPal, ApplePay or KLARNA. When completing the order, you will be shown all our options.

CAN I BUY MY ORDER ON ACCOUNT?

By working with the payment service provider KLARNA, we can offer you this credit option. KLARNA has its own internal conditions for releasing an order. If all steps have been successfully completed, your order will be approved in our system. Payment after shipping can only be carried out by fully legally competent private individuals.

HOW DO I SUBMIT A DISCOUNT CODE?

Before submitting your order, there is a field provided for you to enter any codes you may have.

CAN DISCOUNT CODES BE ADDED AFTER THE ORDER?

Discount codes must entered before completing an order. For data protection reasons, orders received can not be edited.

HOW OFTEN CAN I REDEEM A DISCOUNT CODE?

Please note that all discount codes can be redeemed once per order and once per customer.

CAN DISCOUNT CODES BE COMBINED?

The discount code is not compatible with other discount codes and vouchers. Discount codes are not applicable to discounted products. Cash exchanges are not possible.

HOW DO I REACH CUSTOMER SERVICE?

You can reach customer service by phone Monday to Friday on +49 7231 779880 from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m central Europe time. You are also welcome to contact us outside of these hours by email at hello@persn.com. You will receive an answer within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). Mails received on the weekend are processed on Monday in chronological order.

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

As soon as your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email informing you that your package has been sent and a tracking number has been generated. This number is only activated once the parcel service has picked up and scanned the package. Sometimes the label for a package will be made after the days pickup. In which case, the shipping status in the shipment tracking link only changes after pickup on the following working day.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY SHIPMENT CONTAINS THE WRONG OR DEFECTIVE ITEM?

In the event of a damaged or incorrect item please reach out promptly to our customer service. Explain the problem using the contact form on our contact site and send us a photo of the defect. You can access the page required for this in the Customer Service area under Returns and Defective Product. After your registration we will send you the correct or undamaged article as soon as possible. There are no additional costs for you when returning the product. The return slip sent by email should be printed out and attached to the package. Finally, you deliver it to the nearest post office.
