The following terms and conditions apply to all deliveries between Roland Rauschmayer GmbH & Co. KG and a consumer or professional dealer in the version in force at the time of the order.

3. Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date
The indicated prices include the legal VAT, which is shown separately on the invoice. If and as long as further costs are incurred, these are already shown in the order process. In addition there are any shipping costs.
A payment is made by the payment method specified by you, these can be prepayment, cash on delivery, direct debit, Paypal or a credit card recognized by us.
As far as and as long as the delivery is bound to an advance payment, a possible production or individualization is also bound to them. The order will be maintained for a maximum of 14 days in case of a pre-payment agreement and will be canceled in the absence of payment.
Upon agreement and acceptance of a delivery by cash on delivery, the due date plus cash on delivery fees on delivery of the goods.
4. Delivery
The delivery takes place within the time of the respective product description, you will receive a separate delivery confirmation. For individual production or adjustments, the delivery time is extended by the period of manufacture and, if necessary, individual adaptation. As a rule, goods without customization are immediately available when they are in stock, otherwise they are usually ready to ship within 14 working days. The order processing and delivery takes place in prepayment agreement only after receipt and booking of your payment, said periods begin to run from these days. If the last day of the delivery falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the deadline is extended to the following working day. Delivery delays due to force majeure will be communicated with knowledge and do not constitute a reason for a withdrawal from the purchase.

Upon receipt of the revocation as an e-mail confirmation of receipt, this is not an acceptance of the revocation. Your revocation is accepted by separate message or equivalent. In case of rejection, you will receive it with the reasons for refusal. Note that individualized and or for you manufactured products are excluded from the revocation and subjective defects do not justify a revocation, as may be the case with natural products.
consequences of Withdrawal.
If you cancel an order you are obliged to return, a repayment is made on the same means of payment. If you have chosen to pay in advance or by cash, you will be asked to provide a German bank account for the repayment. The goods must be received by us within 14 days after acceptance of the cancellation. A claim for repayment only exists when we have received the goods back and checked them. We will bear the costs of the return to a reasonable extent. 3. Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date
The indicated prices include the legal VAT, which is shown separately on the invoice. If and as long as further costs are incurred, these are already shown in the order process. In addition there are any shipping costs.
A payment is made by the payment method specified by you, these can be prepayment, cash on delivery, direct debit, Paypal or a credit card recognized by us.
As far as and as long as the delivery is bound to an advance payment, a possible production or individualization is also bound to them. The order will be maintained for a maximum of 14 days in case of a pre-payment agreement and will be canceled in the absence of payment.

4. Delivery
The delivery takes place within the time of the respective product description, you will receive a separate delivery confirmation. For individual production or adjustments, the delivery time is extended by the period of manufacture and, if necessary, individual adaptation. As a rule, goods without customization are immediately available when they are in stock, otherwise they are usually ready to ship within 14 working days. The order processing and delivery takes place in prepayment agreement only after receipt and booking of your payment, said periods begin to run from these days. If the last day of the delivery falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the deadline is extended to the following working day. Delivery delays due to force majeure will be communicated with knowledge and do not constitute a reason for a withdrawal from the purchase.

Upon receipt of the revocation as an e-mail confirmation of receipt, this is not an acceptance of the revocation. Your revocation is accepted by separate message or equivalent. In case of rejection, you will receive it with the reasons for refusal. Note that individualized and or for you manufactured products are excluded from the revocation and subjective defects do not justify a revocation, as may be the case with natural products.
consequences of Withdrawal.
If you cancel an order you are obliged to return, a repayment is made on the same means of payment. If you have chosen to pay in advance or by cash, you will be asked to provide a German bank account for the repayment. The goods must be received by us within 14 days after acceptance of the cancellation. A claim for repayment only exists when we have received the goods back and checked them. We will bear the costs of the return to a reasonable extent.
